We offer an instant return option upon delivery. When your order arrives, you may inspect it before accepting it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it immediately to the courier and only pay the shipping fees.

Please note:

  • Returns are accepted only while the courier is present at the delivery location.

  • Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Refunds are only applicable through the instant return process at the time of delivery.

We encourage customers to carefully check their order before completing the delivery process.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo & Giza: Within 5 working days

  • Alexandria: 4–7 working days

  • Other Governorates: 7–10 working days

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during sales periods, holidays, or other peak seasons.
